1. PURCHASE OF YOUR PROPERTY

When you find the property of your dreams and before you place an offer or pay the required deposit to the Agent, you need to get the contract reviewed by a Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor.   CHRISTINE VASILOPOULOS is a qualified Licenced Conveyancer who will review the Contract for Sale for free.  Once the Contract is received and reviewed by Christine, she will either email or call you within one business day to guide you through the Contract.

2. SALE OF YOUR PROPERTY

SELLING - Before your property is listed and advertised for sale, a Contract for Sale needs to be prepared, emailed to the agent for marketing purpose and then finally provided to potential purchasers

3. TRANSFER OF YOUR PROPERTY

CV Conveyancing can also act on your behalf in respect to a part transfer of your property to a family member or even remove a deceased joint tenant from the title of your property.
